We welcome well behaved dogs (max 2) for an extra fee & by prior arrangement. We ask for dogs not to be left alone in the accommodation and not be allowed onto beds or sofas, and in the cottage, not upstairs. .

Earliest check in is 4.00pm. Latest check in is 11.00pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 10.00am.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your booking we will refund the total price if we manage to re-let the accommodation, less a management fee of 20%.

You are advised to take out cancellation insurance to cover this eventuality.

Other Policies:

In the summer we have a grass tennis court that guests are welcome to use (as long as the court is dry - please check with us before playing on it). We can lend racquets, please bring balls. Trainers must be worn.The entrance to the parking area is between the cottage and shed. The distance between the granite posts is 2.87m (a landrover series 3 is 1.7m wide). Most vehicles have no problem with access, and vans and small trucks enter with no problem. We have a slightly wider entrance at the front of the house if any problem.

Please be considerate when parking. There is room for at least 4 large cars. Please let us know if you will have more than 2 cars per accommodation, as there is overflow parking at the front of the main house, by prior arrangement.
